Q: I'm looking for the striped over skirt. Do you still make it?
A: The striped overskirts are no longer available.
Q: waist size for xxxL and xxxxL
A: Approximately 56 inches at the fullest
Q: Do you model the dress needs to be fluffyNeeds to Gabon?
A: No, wearing a crinoline to give the dress fullness is personal preference.
Q: Is this crinoline as full as the one dubbed simply "crinoline"? I'm assuming it's not, since a 34" crinoline seems to cost less bought under this "black crinoline" heading, but I wanted to check. Thanks!
A: The crinolines are the same in fullness, and the price of the 34 inch has been adjusted to reflect the correct price.
Q: I ordered the mourning dress in XXL , will this undergarment work for me ?
Q: What is the difference between 34" and 39" crinoline? I don't see a size chart so I am not sure which to order. Thanks.
A: 34 and 39 are referring to length, waist to hem.
Q: What is the bottom edge circumference of this slip?
A: Approximately 119 inches
Q: Will this be too short if it's worn over a 4 hoop skirt?
A: Yes, and it is not meant to be worn over a hoop.
Q: Will you be introducing this product in xs size?
A: No, it is a drawstring waist, should fit an XS.

Most people find that our sizing runs generously. If you are undecided with which size to order, it is best to order the smaller size, or give us a call to assist you (1-800-452-5925). You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your measurements (bust and waist) and we can help you choose the nearest size.
An exception to the generous sizing is the type of ball gown that requires boning in the bodice and that supports a heavy skirt. Many times this style is also "off-the-shoulder" and requires a firm fit to stay up. These styles tend to not run as generously as most of our other garments because of this. But please, give us a call if you are uncertain.
In most cases you should take your bust and waist measurement to determine your size. Please wear the undergarments that you intend to wear when you do your measuring. For example, take your measurement over the type of brassiere or corset that you may be wearing.
Measure the fullest part of your bust around and the smallest part of your waist.
