How can I place an order?

You can place an order through one of our dealers or affiliates , or you may order from us directly in one of the following ways:  

• Use the online shopping cart feature on our website.  You can choose from over 600 styles in a variety of fabrics in sizes XS through XXXXL.  

• Email us at sales@recollections.biz.  We respond to emails throughout the day during the business week.  

• Call us at our toll-free number 1-800-452-5925.  Our friendly customer service representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4PM Eastern Time (excluding holidays).  

• FAX us at 989-734-0437 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

How can I pay for my order?

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  You may use your credit card for payment through our secure website ordering, or you may call us with the information at 1-800-452-5925 Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM Eastern Time (excluding holidays).

• PayPal is an option that you may use when ordering through our website or if you order via telephone.

• You can mail your order with a check or money order to:                                                           Recollections, 451 County Road 451, Hawks, Michigan 49743.

• We do not have a layaway plan.

Placing an order with Recollections is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You can automatically create an account when you place your first order online during the checkout process.

At any point during your online shopping process, you can review what is in your shopping bag by

• looking at the top of the left hand column in   What’s in my Shopping Bag?   OR

• clicking on     at the top of the page. 

To view the shipping options and charges for the items that have accumulated in your bag

• click on   Shipping Options?  located in the   What’s in my Shopping Bag  section at the top of the left hand column

When you are ready to complete your purchase

• click on   Checkout  located in the   What’s in my Shopping Bag   section at the top of the left hand column,  OR

• click on located at the far right top of the page.

Choose a login id and password and create an account at the checkout process so that when you come back to Recollections in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order.

If you have a coupon code for a discount or gift certificate, there will be a space to enter that code when you checkout.  You will be able to see the discount or certificate amount applied to your order, with your recalculated order amount, before you complete your purchase.

If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Canceling or changing an order
