Barb is a customer service representative who is responsible for helping customers through email, online ordering, and on the phone.  Barb also handles invoicing, billing, and works in numerous accounting functions.  She enjoys the challenges of learning new things about the garment business everyday and loves working with the customers and her fellow employees.

Barb has been married for over 32 years, has two sons, one daughter, and one grandchild.  She is most proud of her grown children who are all doing well.  She is known as a good listener whom people can turn to in time of need.  Barb enjoys gardening, cross stitching, walking, and reading mystery novels while sitting on her porch swing on warm summer days.

Barb says that it is a pleasure working in the period costume industry with women who enjoy what they’re doing so much.  She also says that it’s amazing working for a global business.  The first order she took was from England!
