Thank you for inquiring about Recollections. You're obviously here because you would like to retail some of the items you've seen on our site or perhaps have been referred to us by your customers.
Please understand that our retail web price is our suggested retail price. We do not dictate what prices you must charge for our products. You decide what price to sell these items. You set the shipping and handling fees for your customers. You set your own exchange and return policies for your customers.
As the manufacturer of Recollections product line, we provide discounts off our retail web prices to approved dealers: 50% off our retail non-sale web price or 15% off sale item price (while it is on sale). The 50% discount applies to products made by Recollections. 25% discount is offered for items that we carry that are not made by Recollections, i.e. the accessories, boots, shoes, jewelry, some hats.
No discounts are applied to the prices on the occasional clearance lists.
New Accounts:
If you want to purchase our goods at discounted prices, first you have to complete a NEW VENDOR APPLICATION and provide a copy of your State sales license.
Then mail, email, or FAX this to us for our review.
If we contact you indicating that you have been approved as a new dealer, you may place a $1600 minimum opening order (retail value). Calculate this amount from our retail web price. Your discount is then applied to arrive at your COST.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. 50% of the order is due upon order placement, and 50% when the order is shipped.
Actual shipping charges will be invoiced and billed separately when shipped.
No minimum order requirements thereafter, as long as you continue to purchase on a regular basis.
As a wholesale customer, returns and exchanges for your customers are your responsibility, unless the product is defective. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order from us.

You may also use our website www.recollections.biz to calculate your order. Simply print the order BEFORE checkout (at “Basket Contents”) and FAX to us, or “Copy and Paste” in an email to us. We will apply your discount when we review your order and we will email you an invoice with your discount applied.
So now - if you wish to proceed, please print off the NEW VENDOR APPLICATION, follow the instructions, and fax or mail it in. After we receive and review your application, we will contact you.
