What a super re-enactment or Downton Abbey costume! World War I nurse's uniform, has a comfortable bodice with a high collar, and long sleeves that are gently gathered into tidy cuffs with covered buttons. More self-covered buttons close the front. The waist is elasticized for your comfort. The separate apron has a front yoke that curves around the shoulders and meets in the center back with buttons. The full apron skirt goes completely around, buttoning in back, and is gathered to a waistband. Two functional patch pockets adorn the front. A separate armband with a red cross, and a cotton kerchief to cover the head complete the look. Perfect for your Downton Abbey themed parties - Sybil wore something similar when she portrayed a nurse during WWI. 100% cotton. Hand wash in cold water, and hang to dry. Recollections clothing is made in America. Liesa is also wearing boots which are priced separately.

    Absolutely beautiful!!!
My sister purchased this for me as a surprise birthday gift. I do Edwardian and WW1 impressions. Can't tell you enough how authentic this ensemble is. Comfortable too. Thank you Recollections. Once again your offer an accurate piece in a wide range of sizes with excellent workmanship and at a great price. You have done justice to the WW1 nurses who gave so much by representing them with this gorgeous piece
