Q: This crinoline (2032C) looks very full in one photo and then quite flat in the other 3 photos. Why is that? Is there any fullness to this crinoline at all?
A: The crinolines are very full. Wind was a factor in some of the pictures.
Q: I am only 5'tall ,do you have a m in 35"?
A: The crinolines come in 39 or 34 inch length
Q: What are the washing and care instructions for the crinolines? Are they machine washable?
A: You can machine wash and hang to dry.
Q: The crinolines 2032C are nylon - how well do they take dye? I am hoping to coordinate it with a dress. Thank you!
A: We do not recommend dyeing, cannot guarantee the polyester will take the dye, or color evenly
Q: How many layers are in this crinoline? Is the net the full length of the crinoline?
A: Essentially there are two layers, the top layer is the polyester, the second layer from the top is polyester, than the netting with polyester underneath that. The netting is not the full length of the crinoline.
Q: Where should I measure from to make sure I get the appropriate length for the dress I am wearing.
A: Waist to floor.
Q: Is this crinoline, in white, available to ship right away or is it 2-4 weeks?
A: We can ship withing two weeks, but you can still choose the free shipping option.
Q: What is the bottom circumference of the crinoline?
A: Approximately 136 inches.

Most people find that our sizing runs generously. If you are undecided with which size to order, it is best to order the smaller size, or give us a call to assist you (1-800-452-5925). You may also email us at email@example.com with your measurements (bust and waist) and we can help you choose the nearest size.
An exception to the generous sizing is the type of ball gown that requires boning in the bodice and that supports a heavy skirt. Many times this style is also "off-the-shoulder" and requires a firm fit to stay up. These styles tend to not run as generously as most of our other garments because of this. But please, give us a call if you are uncertain.
In most cases you should take your bust and waist measurement to determine your size. Please wear the undergarments that you intend to wear when you do your measuring. For example, take your measurement over the type of brassiere or corset that you may be wearing.
Measure the fullest part of your bust around and the smallest part of your waist.
