You will be the hit of the hunt (or any other special event!) wearing this beautifully detailed ensemble made up in rich corduroy. The long fitted jacket has high round lapels, and closes with jeweled buttons for a bit of extra sparkle. The long sleeves have buttoned tabs at the cuff, and the back of the waist has another buttoned tab for back interest. The jacket gets progressively longer toward the back, and ends in a deep V at the center back. The matching skirt is a "fan" skirt styled from the late 19th century. The skirt has a waistband and buttons in the back. Cotton corduroy. Dry Clean. Proudly made by Recollections in America. Ola is wearing a chemisette under the jacket with a brooch, hat, boots, crinoline, gloves and earrings which are available and priced separately. Tally Ho!

Q: Is it possible to make this skirt in a shorter length - like your 35" boot lengths? Thanks.
A: Yes! We can alter the length for a 20.00 fee. The alteration makes the item non-returnable/exchangeable.
Q: Would you wear a corset with this ensemble?
A: Wearing a corset is your personal preference, and not required for this item.
Q: I understand the jabot around the neck, but are the white lace pieces from the wrists part of the jacket itself?
A: They are lace cuffs sold separately.
Q: Is it possible to make this in a tall? Also, when on a horse the skirt is supposed to drape to the horse's knee so on many riding suits, the left hand part of the skirt is longer and must be held up when walking around. Can this skirt be made like this?
A: We can add length if needed for a 20.00 fee, but are not able to make the skirt longer on one side.
Q: Is this a stretchy material. Does it give or not at all. I usually wear a 2x. Does it hold true to size.
A: It is not a stretchy material. Our garments tend to run generous. Order the size normally worn and send a bust and waist measurement to ensure a proper fit.
Q: how long is the skirt from the waist?
A: Waist to hem is 40 inches
Q: Which crinoline is the model wearing?
A: Item 2032C

Most people find that our sizing runs generously. If you are undecided with which size to order, it is best to order the smaller size, or give us a call to assist you (1-800-452-5925). You may also email us at email@example.com with your measurements (bust and waist) and we can help you choose the nearest size.
An exception to the generous sizing is the type of ball gown that requires boning in the bodice and that supports a heavy skirt. Many times this style is also "off-the-shoulder" and requires a firm fit to stay up. These styles tend to not run as generously as most of our other garments because of this. But please, give us a call if you are uncertain.
In most cases you should take your bust and waist measurement to determine your size. Please wear the undergarments that you intend to wear when you do your measuring. For example, take your measurement over the type of brassiere or corset that you may be wearing.
Measure the fullest part of your bust around and the smallest part of your waist.
