Lauren has been modeling for Recollections for two years. In addition to modeling, and with her education in marketing and eye for design, she assisted in launching the Steampunk Threads line of clothing for Recollections.

She has been a full-time college student, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northwood University last year with a bachelors degree in Advertising and Marketing and Management.  She continued with her schooling in the Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management, Northwood University and received her MBA in Focus Integrated Management  on April 30, 2011.

She is presently applying for jobs in the cosmetic and fashion industry as related to her undergraduate degrees in advertising and marketing/management. She is also working on a patent for a innovative packaging design for a cosmetic product and plan to start an image consulting business in the next few years after gaining work experience.

This September she will be running again for Miss Michigan USA.

In addition to school and spending time with family and friends, she loves to travel and has been to Poland. Lauren enjoys working out, baking, eating BBQ ribs, watching movies, listening to music, volunteering for community activities and fundraisers, and is always learning new things.  Lauren is full of ideas and has the energy, intelligence, and perseverance to pursue them.  Her friends and acquaintances say that she is as beautiful inside as out!  We agree!
