Everybody keeps asking us “who is your new model?”  She is Lauren; and as beautiful inside as outside – that is how her friends and acquaintances describe her. 

Lauren is a student at Northwood University and is completing her Bachelors degree in Advertising and Marketing and Management.  In addition to school and spending time with family and friends, she loves to travel and has been to Poland and is now planning a spring trip to the Netherlands and Belgium.  Lauren enjoys working out, baking, eating BBQ ribs, watching movies, listening to music, volunteering for community activities and fundraisers, and is always learning new things.  Lauren is full of ideas and has the energy, intelligence, and perseverance to pursue them.

She is competing in the Miss Michigan USA pageant in September. We’ll keep you posted on her achievements in the pageant.   She works with make up and acting for theater productions and also does promotional modeling work.

Someday, Lauren would like to start her own business.  She says that the story of how Recollections started and grew into an international company is inspiring to young women interested in entrepreneurship.  Modeling the beautiful dresses reminds her of playing “dress up” as a little girl and she finds it a pleasure to wear the masterpieces as well as meet the gals who make them.  Lauren also has a genuine admiration for the enthusiastic and loyal Recollections customers, declaring that “they’re the best”.  She is happy to see that they get as much enjoyment out of wearing the dresses as she does when modeling.
