"My best friend and I bought these dresses for our 21st birthday. We went to a place called Napa Inn Bed & Breakfast which is a victorian style B&B. That night, we went on the Napa Wine Train in California and wore our dresses. The photo was taken at Napa Inn Bed & Breakfast.
